Imperial Beluga Caviar comes from Beluga which is is the largest sturgeon. Its eggs are the largest, fatty and creamy. It is obtained from Huso-Huso sturgeon raised in the Black Sea. It has a melting and creamy texture that will delight caviar lovers. Its grains are large, about 3 to 4 millimeters in size, with a fine membrane that allows a good length in the mouth. Imperial Beluga caviar gives off rich aromas with light buttery notes. Its color varies from light gray to jet black.
