Kurau, also known as Indian Threadfin (Eleutheronema tetradactylum), is a highly prized wild-caught fish from Malaysia. Known locally as 黑午 (Hēi wǔ) or 顺风 (Shùnfēng), Kurau is often called the “Fish King” due to its premium status and rich fish oil content.
