Wild Salmon's flesh is very firm compare to farmed salmon, it is very lean (some of the customers feedback taste like chicken breast) and very least oil content.

Caution: Bones are carefully removed, please consume with Care. Wild Salmon bones is more difficult to remove compare to usual one. We strongly suggest to check twice before giving it to baby.
