Kristal Caviar is a premium caviar from the "Acipenser schrenckii X Huso dauricus" sturgeon. It takes almost 10 years for the females to obtain their first eggs. It is the favorite caviar of great chefs. Kristal Caviar is simply beautiful, from a dark amber to golden color. Rich and complex flavors with an almond finish.

Grains: medium to large, gold
